The Personal Consultation

The personal consultation is a casual meeting usually in your home to discuss your meal needs and lifestyle.  A comprehensive survey of foods, seasoning, allergies or special medical needs will be completed.  This information provides me with the tools I need to customize a program for each client.

The Planning Stage

After the consultation, I will conduct the research needed to accommodate your needs.  I  will plan menus that will interest you and provide you with a wide variety of meals that will be exciting every day.  The menu plan will be submitted for your approval prior to the cook date.

The Cook Date

After your approval of the menu items, I will shop for all ingredients and select them at their peak of freshness and enjoyment.  I will arrive at your home and set up my mobile kitchen.  I will safely prepare all dishes on the menu, package and store them in the refrigerator or the freezer.  Each package will be labeled with specific heating instructions.

At the End of the Day

When you arrive home, your kitchen will be sparkling clean and the only evidence I have been there will be a fully stocked refrigerator and the lingering aromas of your freshly prepared meals. 

Payment for Services

Payment is due prior to each cook date and includes my professional fee and a $150 grocery deposit.  Please make checks payable to Relax for Dinner.
